My name is Rhoys Wiggins, I am a retired professional footballer, having played for several clubs across the English football leagues.
After sustaining a career ending injury I turned to a huge passion of mine, nutrition.

I have worked with AFC Bournemouth helping individual players to improve their body composition and recovery from injury. My role working with AFC Bournemouth also covered supporting the team’s performance, through match day and recovery strategies, as well as menu design for travelling athletes.
I have also been working with Gillingham FC academy helping adolescent athletes maximize their full potential, supporting performance, growth and maturation in addition to optimizing overall health.
